About

I am currently a sophomore studying Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence track) at Stanford.

I want to use the knowledge I gain and my experiences to connect communities around the world,

though safe, reliable, and accessible transportation.

I was born and raised in the suburbs of LA,

a city of communities and cars.

Growing up, I have been surrounded by a swirl of languages and food.

Languages have given me different perspectives on the places I call "home",

from the mix of colloquial and formal English everywhere,

to snippets of Spanish in class or on the radio,

to Mandarin (Chinese) at restaurants and supermarkets,

to the comforting, rapid-fire Shanghainese (Chinese) at home.

All of these have taught me more about the world and communities around me and have inspired me to connect communities around the world.

Food has played a big part in my life from watching and then gradually helping my mom cook in the kitchen to eating with family and friends.
